Before you book
Does a body treatment include a massage?
A massage is not listed as part of the individual body treatments. The Deep Restore package explicitly combines a full body scrub with a 90-minute massage.
Do I need particular facilities?
Confirm setup, access and any facilities required for your selected scrub or wrap directly with Nakai before the booking is accepted.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Your form opens a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. It is an enquiry until Nakai confirms availability, the service address, selected treatments and complete price in writing. Read the booking terms for payment and cancellation disclosures.
